Customer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Fully understand Ajua's platform stack and its tech potential.
• Maintain uptime, performance, stability, and scalability at client sites.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Attend client and sales meetings to understand client challenges.
• Communicate capability and functionality of the technology to clients in simple terms.
• Manage technical projects for customers and guide them through the Ajua journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Linux/web services/API concepts.
• Strong problem solving and ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; experience with test-driven development.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills; 3+ years in similar, customer-facing roles.
• Attention to detail; dependable with a passion for service delivery.
