📋 Description

• Serve as a technical partner and primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their
• Manage and troubleshoot Apple device management environments, including application deployment
• Administer and optimize MDM solutions, including Jamf and related enterprise mobility management
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving applications, APIs, network connectivity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting iOS and macOS environments within an MDM or enterprise
• Strong experience with Jamf administration, including Jamf 300 certification or higher.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, device enrollment, certificates, and enterprise Apple
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success
• 2+ years of experience using Bash and/or Python for scripting, automation, and workflow
• Experience working with external APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting at the
