Customer Success Engineer: Implementation & Support

📋 Description

• Serve as level-two support engineer for production services at customer sites
• Implement and maintain system monitoring tools at customer premises
• Prepare and present service reports with insights and improvement plans
• Lead service improvement deliverables with customer involvement
• Gather requirements and document during project discovery
• Translate requirements into technical design documents (PDD, HLD, LLD)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS/Software Eng/IT field preferred
• 2-4 years app development experience
• Excellent English and French skills
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, Java and/or Python experience
• Linux/UNIX OS experience
• SDLC and Test-Driven Development experience
