• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, etc.) or a
• Customer-centric mindset and the ability to respond quickly and work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail - you are able to catch the corner case every time and are a reliable
• Great self-organizer and top-tier project management skills plus a love for processes and results
• Basic understanding of core financial concepts and a keen interest in venture and private asset
• Good English, and ideally German
