Customer Success Lead

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and go-live for Japanese customers with clinicians on site.
• Travel to customer sites during adoption to train and resolve friction.
• Map Japanese clinical workflows and configure Heidi to fit care delivery.
• Triage clinical and template questions, know when to fix or escalate.
• Capture field learnings and feed back to CS and Product teams.
• Build and scale the Japan enablement playbook with training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• A clinical background (medical, nursing, or allied health).
• Fluency in Japanese and English; support users and leadership.
• Experience in customer-facing onboarding or clinical operations in healthtech SaaS.
• Comfort building processes where little exists; Japan is an early market.
• Strong organisational instincts; manage multiple onboardings and site visits.
• Genuine interest in how AI improves clinical workflows and ability to explain.
