  • Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to meet their goals.
  • Provide resources like success plans, training, and regular check-ins.
  • Engage customers early to drive ongoing adoption and engagement.
  • Translate customer requirements using risk-management frameworks for tailored use.
  • Monitor customer health and educate to ensure value realization.
  • Advocate for customers; share insights with Product, Sales and Marketing on risks and opportunities.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, PM or account management.
  • Understanding of cyber risk or risk management frameworks.
  • Located within US Eastern Timezone.
  • Experience building scalable customer relationships.
  • Highly organized; can update docs and create new processes.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Able to work cross functionally with internal teams.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
