📋 Description

• Turn data into customer wins by diving deep into customer usage data to uncover patterns
• Create and execute product telemetry programs that boost adoption, value realization, and
• Build deep expertise in Benchling and science by becoming the go-to advisor on the Benchling
• Understand customers' science, industry trends, and goals to guide them toward key outcomes and
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to craft winning customer strategies and
• Drive projects like customer journey mapping and voice-of-customer feedback to improve customer

🎯 Requirements

• BS or M.Sc in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or a similar Life
• 4+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting experience in a SaaS software
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data insights to drive decision-making
• Strong project management skills and the ability to influence without authority; hands-on
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate confidently and concisely in verbal, written
• Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Salary range: $110,330 – $149,270 USD
