📋 Description

• Build and maintain client relationships; primary contact for day-to-day items.
• Ensure client retention via exceptional service and support.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations; collaborate to resolve.
• Uncover true business needs, pain points, and client landscape.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting customer needs and satisfaction goals.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations and provide feedback to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years client service exp.
• Healthcare/homecare or SaaS operations experience preferred.
• Salesforce and MS Office Suite proficiency; product demos.
• Excellent communication; strong client relationship mgmt; problem solving.
• Highly organized; project management; multitasking; ability to work under pressure.
• Negotiation skills across levels; healthcare knowledge; customer focus.
