• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for German-speaking customers, developing

• Coordinate account-critical escalations and ensure timely resolution across Support, Operations

• Experience in healthcare and B2B customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure work effectively, manage competing
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, and goal-oriented execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and
