🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Mgmt, or similar
• Experience with one-to-many/digital/tech-touch engagement
• Hands-on with CRM, BI, and health platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Looker)
• Experience building scalable programs (webinars, campaigns, playbooks)
• Ability to design and improve customer lifecycle programs
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
