Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with high-impact nonprofit customers to drive fundraising outcomes.
• Guide adoption and value realization through strategic guidance.
• Lead discovery, training, and success planning to boost adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize context, draft follow-ups, and identify risks.
• Work in a pooled, scalable motion across accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor aligning customer goals with Givebutter features.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Sales, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through strategic guidance and relationship management.
• Experience managing multiple engagements in pooled/scaled motions toward retention and growth.
• Strong communication, discovery, stakeholder management, and presentations.
• Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, webinars, or customer education programs.
