• Builds and nurtures relationships across accounts to strengthen partnerships.
• Networks within accounts to help partners meet objectives.
• Monitors partner usage, health, renewal dates, and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Customer Success fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ year experience.
• Articulate impact of new tech to partner use cases.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Grit and drive to win.
• Grasp and explain technology and business concepts.
• Lead and facilitate partner QBRs; adapt to changing priorities.
