📋 Description

  • Serve as primary liaison for technical questions/escalations with Support, PM, and teams.
  • Develop success plans with goals and KPIs; guide customers; report progress.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to secure contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Cymulate’s usage across the customer’s org.
  • Lead POCs for upsells; present pilots, QBRs, ABRs with key accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer success/project management; proven major account track record.
  • Technical cybersecurity experience with strong analytical and PM skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with independent decision-making.
  • Identify and drive internal resolutions with tech support.
  • Proven enterprise client relationship building and delivering customer success.
  • Excellent communication; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
