📋 Description

• Serve as strategic partner and trusted contact for key customers.
• Understand each customer's objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Build relationships from frontline users to executives across the org.
• Lead regular strategic meetings to review progress and priorities.
• Guide customers toward objectives by aligning with platform capabilities.
• Onboard, train, and conduct Executive Business Reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in Customer Success or B2B SaaS.
• Manage a portfolio across lifecycle stages.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews and strategic plans.
• Analyze data to develop actionable insights.
• Travel occasionally (approx twice/year in the US).
