Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and nurture your own customer accounts via daily communication and marketing expertise
• Work with customers to refine online marketing strategies and resolve issues
• Own and grow your book of business; develop vertical expertise
• Develop knowledge of Smartly tool and digital marketing to solve problems
• Build relationships with customers and partners such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok
• Collaborate with customers and product teams to maintain quick feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of paid digital advertising across platform partners
• Experience in customer success or similar customer-facing role
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
• Comfortable addressing technical challenges; collaborate with tech teams
• Results-driven with bias for action and collaboration
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
• Strong English communication; able to engage with diverse audiences
• Hybrid work from our London office 3 days a week (more if you like)
• Willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events
• Previous knowledge of Smartly or similar players is a plus
