Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding from training to adoption.
• Monitor customer health via proactive outreach and CRM updates.
• Align with the Account Director on planning, deals, and QBR prep.
• Review health, risk, mitigation, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep HubSpot CRM up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a CSM
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Onboard, train, educate customers to adoption
• CRM hygiene and risk reporting
• Analytical and data-driven; surface insights
• Experience with value-sell reports and deck prep
• Bonus: Experience in digital accessibility or adjacent SaaS markets
