📋 Description

• Lead post-sales customer journey, onboard new clients, build trusted relationships, and manage
• Develop collaborative success plans with customers to increase product usage and provide guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage multiple enterprise
• Experience managing renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and working toward measurable sales
• Ability to understand technical products, explain features clearly, and connect product
• Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer relationships, track activity, and
