  • Manage 250-350 accounts.
  • Own net retention by retaining and expanding customers.
  • Hold calls to promote connectors, reduce churn, and upgrade plans.
  • Drive scalable campaigns (webinars, offerings) to boost usage and retention.
  • Manage a PQL flow to grow usage and protect it.
  • Identify and drive increased usage to deliver positive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • SaaS quota-carrying account management or CS experience.
  • Analytics/data/AI tools experience is a plus.
  • Customer-centric with strong relationships and value delivery.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to give constructive feedback.
