• 5+ years in manufacturing with ops excellence
• Experience managing projects and small teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Able to meet tight schedules; willing to travel up to 25% in North America
• Valid drivers license in good standing
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
