🎯 Requirements

Business-minded with customer-facing experience
5+ years in manufacturing with operational excellence
Project management experience and small team leadership
Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical/problem-solving with continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
