🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in a B2B SaaS, customer-facing with revenue.
• Strong business acumen; read a customer's P&L and tailor talks.
• Value engineering: build ROI cases to influence renewals.
• Articulate value to tech, ops, and exec audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Cloud basics: S3, encryption, VPC; AI tools Claude/ChatGPT.
