🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (CSM, Solutions, SaaS)
  • 3+ years owning health and revenue metrics for a book of business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, STEM, or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience with consumption-based products and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of MongoDB deployments and cloud platforms is a plus
