🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success or related experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or tooling
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
