Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Support customers in all matters related to TRACTIAN's services, such as CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS initiatives
• Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing internal and external resources
• Drive customer accounts growth by delivering ROI and relationship building
• Implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-offs and providing training to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience
• 5+ years in manufacturing with operational excellence
• Project management experience leading small teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Willing to travel up to 25% of time in North America
• Valid driver's license with good standing
