Customer Success Manager, Advertising

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end retail media campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and marketplaces.
• Plan and manage joint success plans to meet customer needs using our product.
• Drive KPIs and demonstrate CommerceIQ value throughout the engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to leverage CommerceIQ capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years professional experience.
• 3+ years running media and advertising with enterprise clients in consulting/agency.
• Experience managing ecommerce budgets on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart.
• Experience managing Amazon search budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
• Bid & Budget management; content optimization; promotion planning; advanced Excel.
