📋 Description

• The Customer Success Manager will own the customer experience by coordinating internal teams
• Lead customer success programs by orchestrating virtual teams, managing delivery initiatives, and
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners, acting as
• Understand customer goals, business challenges, and success metrics to drive value realization and
• Identify delivery risks, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate with internal teams to
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, references, and customer advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing delivery or customer success roles, ideally within enterprise
• Strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense or manufacturing industries, including operational
• Experience managing complex delivery programs and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through trust, collaboration, and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
• Knowledge of customer success methodologies, value assessments, and outcome measurement frameworks.
