• At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts, developing success plans, establishing engagement
• Ability to assess customer health, recognize churn risks, forecast renewals, and develop proactive
• Experience identifying opportunities to increase customer value, improve product adoption, and
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate confidently and
