🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions
• Experience working as part of an account team alongside sales and technical counterparts
• Experience managing high-touch strategic accounts and designing one-to-many programs (cohorts
• A track record of driving activation and adoption of new technology, including change management in
• Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and
