  • Drive renewals by engaging customers, spotting expansion opportunities, and proving value.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within SMB & Mid-Market.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, account mgmt, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume SMB & Mid-Market accounts.
  • Experience with Vitally and automation for digital-touch motions.
  • Strong written and visual content creation.
  • Commercial mindset with ownership of renewals and expansion.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
