• Manage the onboarding journey for new customers, including sending welcome communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across each account, from operational

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, with direct ownership of renewals
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously and driving
• Confidence engaging senior revenue leaders, including VPs of Sales, Chief Revenue Officers, and
• Strong executive presence, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• A self-sufficient and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently, prioritize
