Customer Success Manager Coach

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor CSMs to improve satisfaction, retention, and relationships
• Conduct quality reviews of customer interactions with detailed feedback
• Develop coaching plans tailored to performance metrics and team goals
• Collaborate with leadership on skill development and training needs
• Lead training sessions and refreshers to reinforce standards
• Maintain standardized coaching documentation and feedback tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coaching Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, or similar roles
• Solid foundation in equality assurance and structured feedback delivery
• Former BPO trainers with QA and client-facing experience encouraged
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Familiarity with CRMs and performance coaching tools
• Must work in hybrid setup and align with US night-shift time zone
