🎯 Requirements

Experience coaching CSMs, Account Managers, or similar roles
Solid QA foundation and structured feedback delivery
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Familiarity with CRMs and performance coaching tools
Must present original coaching/training materials during hiring
Include a live mock training simulation and a self-made CSM deck
