Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary trusted advisor for portfolio of ~30-40 European accounts, driving product
• Own GRR (retention) and NRR (expansion) targets; identify growth opportunities and manage renewal
• Act as customer advocate, bridging communication between client stakeholders and internal teams
• Execute targeted digital campaigns for lower-priority growth accounts regarding product releases
• Support transition toward scalable digital customer journeys by providing feedback to refine
• Analyse long-term customer engagement, risks, and End-of-Life timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer-facing B2B software roles (e.g., Associate CSM, Technical Support
• Technical mindset; experience in data management, data pipeline tools, analytics, or developer
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, basic data
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customer stakeholders
• Drive and growth ambition; eager to learn and grow into senior CS or CS Leadership role
