Manage multiple engagements with PM practices, status updates, and adoption plans.
Provide AP and invoice automation expertise; support major releases and enablement.
Deliver data-driven insights to improve adoption and value realization.
Own post-sales AP customers to drive adoption, value, retention, renewal.
Monitor adoption, SLA, CSI; forecast issues and propose solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Strong P2P background; end-to-end procurement, invoicing, AP, and payments.
10+ years in accounts payable, finance, or invoice processing.
SAP and Oracle ERP; familiarity with Coupa and Ariba.
Global AP experience across geos, compliance, and tax regimes.
SaaS configuration and product demos; Salesforce familiarity.
AI tools Gemini, Claude, Notebook; plus Excel.
