🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in scaled CS/Account Mgmt role (SaaS preferred).
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value.
  • Strong organizational skills for high-volume engagement.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with digital engagement campaigns.
  • Business acumen; enterprise processes and data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
