  • Understand customer business and impact of DigiCert solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with Sales, Support and Product teams.
  • Present customer business reviews to executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor renewals and expirations to avoid service disruption.
  • Provide expert escalation management and communicate issue status.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle to meet goals and realize value.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success/relationship/account management in Digital Security or SaaS.
  • Previous experience with Sales Engineering or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with project management / PMP, CAPM or similar certification.
  • Digital Security industry certification (advantageous).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with senior management.
