  • Executive presence; build trusted relationships with C-suite, clinical leaders, tech stakeholders.
  • Change management; experience leading multi-site rollouts driving adoption.
  • Commercial acumen; expansion, complex renewals, and portfolio growth.
  • Pre-sales comfort; scope deals, design pilots, and run demos with Sales.
