  • Build executive relationships and align Brandwatch solutions with business goals.
  • Drive adoption via onboarding with Onboarding Specialist; lead training.
  • Grow accounts by increasing adoption across teams and use cases.
  • Escalate product feedback and shape roadmap priorities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional account teams for a seamless experience.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS/tech role.
  • Experience managing enterprise or large accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels.
  • CRM/CS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Zuora, JIRA.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search logic and data analysis.
  • Spanish or French language proficiency is an advantage.
