๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own retention across your portfolio; manage renewals and QBRs with Account Managers.
  • Build executive relationships; ensure Brandwatch aligns with the customer's goals.
  • Drive adoption by overseeing onboarding with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist; lead training.
  • Grow accounts by increasing adoption across teams and use cases; embed Brandwatch in workflows.
  • Act as the customer's voice by identifying feedback and managing roadmap priorities.
  • Foster a Brandwatch customer community by sharing best practices and success stories.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • Experience managing enterprise or large accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and social listening tools.
  • Experience with global customers across multiple teams and regions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and renewals.
