πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own post-sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts: onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels, from users to exec sponsors.
  • Drive account strategy and ROI; create plans; lead business reviews.
  • Advocate internally; coordinate with Product, Support, and Dev to resolve blockers.
  • Manage technical communications; set timelines; maintain clear expectations.
  • Mitigate churn; maintain CRM hygiene, health scores, and renewal forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or strategic account roles in SaaS.
  • Experience in the CPG and/or retail industry.
  • Proven enterprise account management with retention and revenue growth.
  • Commercial track record: renewals, forecasting, negotiation, closing.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce and how pricing data is used by brands/retailers.
  • Comfort discussing data integrations, crawling, and APIs with non-engineers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
  • German language is a must for this position.
