🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting—hospitality SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive communication; influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategic planning and account growth in global/multi-property enterprises.
