🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Customer Success, Terve TA, or Solutions Engineering
Experience with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation
Experience with both consumption-based and seat-based expansion and success metrics
Strategic mindset with ability to translate opportunities into expansion plans
Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer advocacy

Annual Salary: $200,000 — $265,000 USD
