Provide guidance on change management and enablement initiatives
Own outcomes-based customer success plans and reviews

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Customer Success, Technical APM, or Solutions Eng
Experience with HCLS customers
Deep understanding of HCLS regulatory, risk, and compliance needs
Technical fluency: AI/ML concepts, API integrations, software deployment
Experience with consumption-based and seat-based models
Strategic, growth-minded with strong cross-functional collaboration
