📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for clients, bridging their needs with Insider One's technology.
• Help clients understand their needs and which features and products best match their goals and
• Ensure clients are utilizing the technology to its fullest potential to provide world-class service.
• Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of Insider One's technology.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product specialists to ensure full technical support
• Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to add value to clients'

🎯 Requirements

• Previous work experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
• Solid oral and written communication skills, with positive and energetic phone skills and excellent
• Self-motivated and tech-savvy, always seeking savvy solutions to improve client relationships.
• Cherish the core value of care, ensuring clients feel at home with products and assistance.
• Superior project and time management skills; a keen eye for detail is a plus.
