🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or related customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and relationships.
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals: vulnerability management, security ops, cloud.
  • Strong PM, communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
  • Ability to travel to customers and events quarterly.
