📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, leading regular
• Interpret data from GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, HubSpot, and agency
• Help clients understand developments in traditional and AI-powered search, including AI Overviews
• Align content strategies with client objectives, identify gaps affecting search visibility, and
• Monitor account performance, customer sentiment, and retention indicators; develop recovery plans
• Translate client success plans into actionable ClickUp projects with clear owners, milestones, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within a digital marketing
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with interest in
• Ability to interpret GA4, Google Search Console, and dashboard data, identify performance changes
• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to present clear, persuasive insights to business
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research, reporting, and
• Experience managing projects through ClickUp or comparable platforms such as Asana or Monday.
