  • Develop clear Success & Value Realisation plans, aligning stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Navigate departments to expand use cases and Pigment value; drive ARR and reduce risks.
  • Oversee customer implementations to ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Deliver presentations; provide best practices and creative solutions to engage customers.
  • Lead the Pigment community through thought leadership, events, and best practices.
  • Develop deep product expertise and collaborate with the product team on vision and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience in customer success, account management, or similar in software/SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing Corporate & Enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals and expansion.
  • Experience with AI customer engagement strategies, automation technologies and platforms.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, including renewals and expansion.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; outstanding communication and relationships with customers at all levels.
