Customer Success Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Build strategic relationships with government stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities
• Become an expert in API, Claude for Government, and Claude Code
• Monitor usage and drive adoption across API and seat-based products
• Develop change management strategies for government organizations
• Serve as the customer's thought partner, sharing product roadmap and new features
• Document and quantify value through ROI metrics for government leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, with government experience preferred
• Understanding of government procurement and compliance (FedRAMP, IL5, HIPAA)
• Experience across consumption-based and seat-based models and expansion levers
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and deployment patterns
• Experience explaining technical products to developers, agency executives, and Congressional staff
• Strategic mindset to identify mission transformation opportunities and expansion plans
