  • Partner with Public Sector customers to translate plans into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers to use GitLab with best practices and DevSecOps workflows.
  • Map and manage the customer journey; coach on adopting new GitLab use cases.
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate responses with Support, Product, Sales, and Professional Services.
  • Own a defined book of business and drive adoption, retention, expansion.
  • Stay current on GitLab releases and explain new features to customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Eligibility as a United States Person (citizen, PR, refugee, or asylee)
  • Background in Customer Success with a track record of adoption and retention
  • Experience linking technical capabilities to business outcomes and defining measurable objectives
  • Understanding of Git and branching strategies; familiarity with SDLC and pipelines
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps concepts and how customers apply them
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of public sector customers across multiple stakeholders
