  • Act as main contact for assigned schools and partners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption
  • Own renewal and expansion for your portfolio
  • Understand school budgets and procurement processes
  • Conduct monthly check-ins and on-site meetings with schools
  • Monitor usage; schedule meetings to improve adoption with solutions like competitions
  • Competitions
  • Teacher workshops
  • Parent workshops
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage across grades, departments, or additional products
  • Collaborate with Sales/Account teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Plan and execute Monthly TRP (Teacher Reward Program)
  • Plan and run Ramadan competitions with schools; manage winners
  • Organize end-of-year ceremonies: schedules, visits, logistics
  • Support schools by arranging meetings with Content and Product teams whenever needed
  • Collect feedback from schools and share insights with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record renewing and expanding accounts
  • Understand school budgets and procurement processes
  • Able to conduct monthly calls and on-site visits
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content, and Finance
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Plan and run education programs and events
